A little bit of wisdom lost

Well I did it I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out on Friday. I am so glad I was put under. I went to sleep perfectly fine and woke up looking like this.

Now I am stuck eating ice cream, pudding, creamies, chocolate shakes and anything that doesn't taste like Pizza. Boy do I want some pizza.

Easter Eggs

Dan and I went over to my mom's yesterday and colored eggs with Logan.
As you can see he sure does love his eggs!
Actually he was just goofing off, but he made a fruit basket of eggs.
Each egg represented a different type of fruit.
My mom was helping by coloring peach fuzz on one.

St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Dan and I had a great Green dinner.

Ham, Green mashed potatoes and Green Gravy,
and Lime green Jello blended with cream cheese and fruit cocktail
with Green cool whip on top.
And to continue with tradition that my mom started when I wads younger- I painted some clovers by my eye.

Youth Conference

This last weekend I went to Youth Conference with my ward. We went up to Aspen Grove in Provo Canyon. It wasn't too bad- I even sort of learned how to Cross Country Ski. I'd never done it before. I fell a couple of times, and even went down one hill without falling.

Kaymin Shields (one of the girls in our ward) Chris Haskell our YW President, me, and
Melanie Jorgensen our 1st Counselor

Birthday Cakes

This year for Logan's birthday he decided to have an
"Around the world in 80 days" Party
He planned it himself and all of his friends sat around and watched the movie, ate pizza, popcorn, candy and pop.
They loved it. You could hear all the boys laughing throughout the whole movie.
My mom asked me to make the cake. Logan told me what he wanted and it ended up looking better than I thought.

I used marshmellows to make the mountain, and crushed graham crackers for the beaches and used the grass tip to build the grass on the land. I also used one of those sour Airhead candy things for the balloon. It worked perfectly.
Logan loved his cake.
I just made this cake today for our Relief Society birthday dinner. They told me to make it like a kids birthday party with lots of color. I hope they like it.

Happy Birthday Logan!

Today Logan turned 12.
It's been great having him in our family and there really hasn't been a dull moment either. I can't imagine our lives without him. What a blessing.
Logan loves fishing me his Dad.
Logan also loves Legos. Here is a picture I took when my mom and I took him to Lego land in 2008. It was a blast. Everything was made out of Legos.
Logan also loves water. Most of the summer my mom takes him to my aunts pool to practice. He's like a fish and wouldn't get out.
I always liked how Logan gets so excited about Holidays like I do.

My new nephew: Ian Ray Gerber

Ian Ray Gerber
February 22, 2010
7 lbs 5 oz 19"long

Introducing my new nephew Ian. My brother Ben and Meg finally had their baby. He was still born a week and a half early but Meg was ready and the doctors kept telling her that they didn't understand why she hadn't had him yet. But he's finally here. And he definitely has the Gerber fuzzy hair and Tabby's eyes. Very cute baby.
