Tanner found this little box of Altoid Chewing gum and told me " You only lick them, don't swallow it, then when you are done put it back. "

Now I know why they are all sticky.

March 22 2013

At 6 am this morning Tanner started talking about his Uncle James' rock crawler and then said "It's hard to drive with the wheel broken. James fix it."

May 9, 2013 :

While driving on the road today Tanner saw a yellow car and said, "Look mom, Bumblebee."

Tanner asked me if he could watch something. Then he said "Yes, we can." (From Bob the Builder)

May 1, 2013:

I told Tanner not to play with the printer/fax machine. He really likes playing with the phone that is attached to it. He came over to me and told me to plug my ears. He thought that if I had my ears plugged I wouldn't be able to hear him play with the machine.

April 21, 2013:

I was sitting on the floor in the living room and Tanner got a stool and set it next to me and looked me in the eye and said,"How are you doing Mommy?" Then he said, "You can lay on my arm." And put my head on it. He's so caring.

Also he said "Don't you change the TV channel."

February 20, 2013:

Tonight while trying to get Tanner to bed he was looking at something on the wall and said "Big like Dad's belly". We weren't sure what he was pointing at.

While trying to get Tanner to take a nap he was looking at the ceiling in the bedroom and said "Mommy a hippo! Aligator! Giraffe. " I asked him what they were doing and he said "Fighting."

January 12, 2013:

Dan just asked me if I wanted to watch a movie. Tanner said "Yes, Mickey Mouse."

January 12, 2013:

Tanner really likes Mickey Mouse Club house and while we were visiting my cousin Hillary the other day he started singing "Hot Dog Hot diggity Dog" during lunch.

And yesterday when we went shopping he got out of the car and said "Oh Toodles."

And then at Kohls he started singing "Jesus Sunbeam" over and over. He doesn't quite know all the words but he makes some sounds inbetween Jesus and Sunbeam because he knows they are there.

He loves singing.

January 2, 2013 :

Tanner and I were standing in line to fix our Comcast issue and there was a lady in front of us who had on some sort of furry coat thing. Tanner touched the collar and said "Dog, Woof Woof."

Mom: What is broke?

Tanner: This (pointing to his bum)

Mom: Your bum is broken?

Tanner: Yes

August 31, 2012:

Tanner just loves his dad and today was no different. Tanner was just so fussy today and I asked him what he needed and he said, " My Dad." It's so cute and it's one of his first sentences.

Summer Fun: Cow Appreciation Day

I love dressing up for things and Tanner does too. Violet isn't quite sure she likes to but to dress up as as a cow to get a free chicken sandwich is great. We went this morning for breakfast to beat the rush. It was awesome. Hardly anyone was there and we didn't have to wait in line at all. Tanner and Violet even got to see the big cow they had walking around and got to play in the play area. It's so nice to go when it isn't crowded. Tanner actually got a turn to drive the car.

Violet is upset because her shoes don't fit her right and instead of fixing them for her I took some pictures. I ended up having to buy her some new shoes she would wear. She's such a funny girl.
